When you submit a listing to The Boss Spotlight™, you confirm that all information is truthful and accurate. The Boss Spotlight™ reserves the right to accept, reject, edit, or remove listings at its sole discretion.
Listings do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with The Boss Spotlight™.
3. Badge Usage
Badge use is granted only to approved directory members or contributors. Usage is governed by our Badge Use Policy. By accepting and displaying the badge, you agree not to alter its design, claim partnership, or imply endorsement.
4. Content Ownership
You retain authorship of submitted content, but The Boss Spotlight™ maintains publishing rights to protect SEO integrity and brand consistency. Republishing in full without written permission is not permitted.
5. Dispute Resolution & Error Correction Policy
If you believe an error was made in your listing or content:
- You must notify us at support@thebossspotlight.com
- We have 30 days to review and correct any validated issue
- If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in California
If The Boss Spotlight™ is found liable for a material, proven error, you may be eligible to receive a one-time $25 payment per error after arbitration.
This is not a financial incentive, but a fair resolution policy. False or abusive claims will not be tolerated.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages related to content errors, listing visibility, or third-party use of information. You use this platform at your own risk.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
